Chambolle Musigny
Chambolle Musigny: one of the most famous wines of the Côte d'Or
The Chambolle-Musigny, is one of the most popular wines of the Côte d'Or. Burgundy wine by excellence, it is located in the heart of the Grands Crus route. Besides, the Chambolle-Musigny vineyard is also a controlled appellation which includes two Grands Crus (Bonnes Mares and Musigny) and 24 Premiers Crus. The vineyard comprises 180 hectares of vines on a limestone soil, exposed to the East.
To the eye, Chambolle-Musigny wines are perceived as "feminine". Exclusively made from pinot noir, these red wines have a bright red color. In the mouth, on the other hand, they are more harmonious because of the different climates present on the domain. The Chambolle-Musigny appellation discloses firm, robust wines. In other words, it is rather the wines of Bonnes-Mares. Others may be more subtle and more refined. In terms of flavor, the bottles have notes of violet, cherry and raspberry. They will be great accompanied with a soft cheese. If you own one or more bottles of Chambolle-Musigny wines, do not hesitate to get more information on the Vins Grands Crus website: our site allows everyone to sell their wine easily.
